Sample Rules

• Sample Fees: A nominal fee is charged for all fabric samples/swatches to cover raw materials and precise hand-cutting labor.

• Shipping & Courier: International freight is covered by the recipient. We accept freight collect via your own DHL, FedEx, or UPS account.

• Fee Deductible on Bulk Orders: The full sample cost will be refunded and credited toward your first bulk order that meets our standard MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).

• No Minimum for Swatches: You are welcome to request swatches of multiple fabrics with no minimum quantity limit. Flexible bulk MOQs apply based on in-stock availability and custom production specifications.
